Steps
- Go to airnewzealand.com and click 'Manage Booking' in the navigation menu.
- Log in with your booking reference and last name, or Airpoints credentials.
- Select your booking from the list.
- Choose 'Add an extra bag' or 'Prepaid Extra Bags' option.
- Select the number of additional bags and complete payment.
- Alternatively, use the Air NZ mobile app (iOS/Android) to manage your booking and add bags.
