Steps

  1. Go to flyarystan.com and click 'Manage Your booking' in the top menu.
  2. Enter your booking number (6-digit code) and surname, then click 'Continue'.
  3. In your booking, go to the 'Extras' section or select 'Baggage'.
  4. Choose the baggage weight allowance you need (10 kg to 60 kg).
  5. Complete the payment to confirm your pre-paid baggage.
  6. Check your email for the updated itinerary confirming the added baggage.

Airport excess baggage

Excess baggage paid at the airport is charged per kg. Rates are significantly higher than online pre-purchase.

What are the baggage limits for checked baggage?

Each checked piece must not exceed 32 kg and 158 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height). The maximum total pre-paid baggage allowance per passenger is 60 kg. Each passenger is limited to one piece of hand baggage up to 7 kg (56×23×36 cm) under the Standard fare bundle.

What are the overweight or oversized baggage rules?

Excess weight beyond your purchased allowance is charged per kg at the airport tariff (example domestic rate: 3,000 KZT/kg). Rounding applies: up to 500 g rounds down, 500 g and over rounds up. Any piece exceeding 32 kg or 158 cm total dimensions may incur additional fees at the airport.
