Can I get a refund on prepaid excess baggage?

No refund for voluntary cancellations (by passenger). Refunds only provided in involuntary situations where Gulf Air causes the cancellation. Prepaid excess baggage is valid for one year from purchase date.

Can I pay for excess baggage with miles?

Yes. FalconFlyer miles can be used to pay for excess baggage in multiples of 5 kg. For JFK routes: 5,000 miles per 23 kg economy piece, 7,800 miles per 32 kg Falcon Gold piece.
