- Click 'My Trips' tab
- Find your booking and click the [More] button
- Select [Excess Baggage] option

Per U.S. DOT regulations, excess baggage fee refund is available if baggage is delayed 15+ hours (flights under 12 hours) or 30+ hours (flights over 12 hours) on Americas routes.
Are there any important exceptions?
Commercial items on U.S.-bound flights must comply with U.S. CBP regulations; transportation of commercial items is not permitted at ATL airport except for personal belongings. Economy (Saver) seats may have restrictions on online excess baggage purchase.
