When should I buy extra baggage?
Up to 12 hours before departure via the website. Between 36 and 5 hours before departure via the mobile app during online check-in. Less than 5 hours before departure – only at the airport. Buying up to 13 days before departure gives the best price.
How does LOT calculate extra baggage charges?

What happens if my bag is overweight or oversized?
If baggage exceeds 23 kg weight or 158 cm total dimensions, an excess baggage fee applies. Fees can be paid via LOT Contact Center before travel. Maximum weight for a single piece is 32 kg.

LOT accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other payment methods for online purchases.
Are there any exceptions to the baggage rules?
Miles & More members and Star Alliance Gold members may be entitled to extra free baggage. Passengers with children can bring a folding stroller or pushchair and baby food. Passengers with disabilities can bring up to two mobility aid devices. Medical equipment for personal use (POC, CPAP, insulin pump) is allowed.
