- Carry-on dimensions must not exceed 50cm x 37cm x 25cm (20in x 15in x 10in). For flights to or from Brazil, Economy customers can carry one piece up to 10kg (22lb) — footnote marked ^ in table.
- In addition to allowance, personal items may be carried: one small purse or small briefcase, one blanket or outerwear, one umbrella, one pair of crutches or walking stick, one small camera/binoculars case, limited reading material, an infant's carrying basket, and duty-free items purchased on day of flight.
- Laptops should fit inside carry-on; if carried separately, laptop bag counts as carry-on baggage.

Enter your booking reference (6-character code) and last name to retrieve your booking.
Select your booking from the list.
