Steps

Go to ryanair.com and click 'My Bookings', or open the mobile app and go to 'My trips'.
Log in with your myRyanair account or enter your booking reference and booking email.
Select the booking and click 'Manage this booking'.
Select 'Add bags/equipment'.
Choose the baggage option you need and complete payment.

Can I buy extra baggage online after booking?

Yes. Add 10kg or 20kg checked bags via My Bookings on ryanair.com or 'My trips' in the mobile app. The 23kg bag can only be added at the time of initial booking.
