Steps

  1. Go to bangkokair.com and navigate to Manage My Booking, or contact the Bangkok Airways call center at 1771 (within Thailand) or +66 2270 6699.
  2. Retrieve your booking and select the option to add prepaid baggage.
  3. Choose the extra weight needed.
  4. Complete payment at least 4 hours before departure.
