Steps

  1. Go to ana.co.jp and click 'Search Reservation' under 'Plan/Book Travel' or access the ANA app.
  2. Enter your reservation number (6-digit alphanumeric code) and first/last name to retrieve your booking, or log in with your ANA Mileage Club account.
  3. Select your booking from the list to view reservation details.
  4. Choose 'Add Baggage' or 'Excess Baggage' option from the booking management menu.
  5. Review the excess baggage fees based on your route and complete the payment online.
