Steps
- Go to ana.co.jp and click 'Search Reservation' under 'Plan/Book Travel' or access the ANA app.
- Enter your reservation number (6-digit alphanumeric code) and first/last name to retrieve your booking, or log in with your ANA Mileage Club account.
- Select your booking from the list to view reservation details.
- Choose 'Add Baggage' or 'Excess Baggage' option from the booking management menu.
- Review the excess baggage fees based on your route and complete the payment online.
