Steps
- Go to fireflyz.com.my and click 'My booking', or open booking.fireflyz.com.my/RetrieveBooking.aspx directly.
- Enter your 6-digit booking reference number and last name, then click 'My booking' to retrieve your reservation.
- Select the Baggage add-on and choose the extra checked-baggage package you need (5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 25 kg or 30 kg).
- Review the fee quoted for your route and complete the online payment.
- Alternatively, buy extra baggage through FY Live Chat or at an airport ticketing office.

Excess baggage at the airport
Bags over the purchased allowance are charged per kg at the check-in counter; excess hand baggage (over the 7 kg carry-on allowance) is charged per piece at the boarding gate. Rates apply to both ATR and JET operations; MAB-operated codeshare flights are N/A.

Weight above the purchased allowance
Firefly has no separate overweight product: exceeding your purchased weight is charged the standard excess-baggage rate on the difference, and no single piece may exceed 32 kg.

Sports equipment allowance
Covers only golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles and diving equipment. Pre-booked fees are published by weight tier for ATR, JET and MAB-operated flights; a 20 kg airport counter option is available at the same published rates.
