Yes. Package-holiday customers add extra allowance in Manage My Booking, and flight-only customers use Manage My Booking or the Flight Extras portal (flightextras.tui.co.uk). Once you've checked in online you can no longer change your allowance online — you must call 0203 451 2688.

TUI advises adding baggage before you check in — online check-in closes 6 hours before departure, and once you've checked in online you can't change your allowance online. If you wait until airport check-in you'll pay excess rates (e.g. £60 per 15 kg bag on short-haul flights instead of from £40 when pre-booked).

Hand luggage is 10 kg within 55 x 40 x 20 cm, plus one underseat personal item (40 x 30 x 20 cm). Package holidays include 20 kg checked luggage (25 kg with Premium, TUI BLUE, Sensatori by TUI BLUE, Holiday Village or TUI River Cruise). Every checked bag — including pooled allowances — has a 25 kg maximum, and infants under 2 get 10 kg checked.

Excess weight is charged per kg at the airport: £15 per kg on short and mid-haul flights and £20 per kg on long-haul flights, but no bag over 25 kg is accepted even if you pay. Hand luggage that exceeds the size or weight limits is placed in the hold and a charge may apply.

TUI Airways flights have flight numbers starting TOM, BY or OR. If you're flying with another airline, check your e-ticket or confirmation email, or contact that airline directly — TUI's allowances and excess charges don't apply.

You can pool your hold allowance with anyone on the same booking as long as each bag stays under 25 kg. Pushchairs and car seats check in free, diving certificates earn a free extra 5 kg, and sports equipment must be pre-booked by phone on 0203 451 2688 or it may be refused at the airport.
