- Go to akasaair.com and open 'Add-Ons' → 'Excess Baggage', or open the 'Manage Booking' page.
- Retrieve your booking by entering your PNR/booking reference (or e-ticket number) with your email ID or last name and clicking Submit, or use 'Retrieve without a PNR' to search with your registered mobile number, departure date and route.
- Select your sector and choose the pre-paid excess baggage slab or additional piece of baggage you need.
- Complete payment online — the discounted pre-book rate applies and the excess baggage is added to your booking.
- Receive the confirmation — the pre-booked excess baggage is attached to your PNR and reflected in your itinerary.
