Can I get a refund or transfer extra baggage if I cancel or change my booking?

Pre-booked excess baggage is non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable once purchased, and must be bought for each sector separately; it is refunded when the flight booking is fully or partially cancelled, transferred to the new booking on a date change, and not refunded for no-shows.
