  2. Enter your booking reference (予約番号) and last name (姓) to retrieve your booking.
  3. Proceed to the airport baggage counter (手荷物カウンター) on the departure day if you need additional baggage.
  4. Pay the excess baggage fee at the counter.

Star Link VEGA/ALTAIR members receive +1 free checked bag (up to 3 pieces total). Package tour/group fare passengers are limited to 1 free piece. The baggage container service ended on January 31, 2026 — passengers must package their own luggage adequately. A new reservation/boarding system was introduced from May 19, 2026, which may affect some procedures.
