- Enter your 6-character confirmation number from your itinerary.
- Enter your family name and first name.
- Click 'Find Your Reservation' to access your booking.
- Select 'Add Ancillary Services' or similar option for baggage.
- Choose the number of checked bags needed (up to 5 pieces maximum).
- Complete payment online.

Yes. Purchase checked baggage through the ZIPAIR website via Manage Booking. There is no mobile app option.

How many extra bags can I buy, and what are the bag limits?
Maximum 5 pieces of checked baggage per passenger. Maximum weight is 30 kg per piece; bags exceeding this will not be accepted. Maximum size is 203 cm total dimensions (length + width + height); items exceeding this cannot be checked.
How does ZIPAIR calculate baggage charges?
ZIPAIR charges a flat fee per piece per route. Prices vary by destination, ranging from JPY 4,000 (Seoul) to JPY 11,000 (Vancouver/US). The currency and amount depend on the departure city. There is no free checked baggage allowance; fees apply from the first piece.
